Our annual Family Fun Day was held at Bridgnorth Endowed Halo Leisure Centre with our Grey Roots Football Tournament, Children’s Fun Zone, Food & Hospitality and Special Guest Appearence’s.
GREY ROOTS FESTIVAL ’22
Our community fun day was enjoyed by over 1000 people who came to play football and enjoy a fun day full of entertainment, great food, good music and the best times. The sun shone all day as teams played their hearts out to win the main trophy and the runners up prize of the Combover cup. Mens and women’s teams were cheered on by all of their family and friends.

Our local caravan park The Riverside Caravan Park Bridgnorth for your kind support. A massive thank you to the huge Bridgnorth employer Bridgnorth Aluminium Limited, local estate agents Berriman Eaton Residential Sales and Lettings and the brilliant team at Swegon on Faraday drive! We couldn’t of held the day without the help of local businesses providing food and drink, thank you to Craig and the The Firebar team, Amber and Claire at The Berry Press, Erik at Beau Chocolate for giving us an amazing BBQ right at the last minute! Huge thank you to Bridgnorth Endowed Leisure Centre for the venue, their help and support and putting a team in.
It was great to have local fundraising and activities going on for the amazing guys at Bridgnorth Food Bank with Bridgnorth Spartans Football School, the wonderful guys from The Bridge Youth Centre and thank you so much to St John Ambulance for being with us. Entertainment from the Incredibly talented Ash “Scoop” Randall keeping the kids entertained for hours! Caribbean Regals Steelband for playing loads of classic songs all afternoon and DJ Sten for closing out the proceedings with some classic 90s dance!
